Repair Process
- Setup an appointment to receive an initial estimate or drop your vehicle off for repairs at one of our many nationally provided locations.
- Choose a Location to schedule an appointment now.
- Our teams will complete a check-in sheet and prepare an initial estimate based on visible damages.
- A copy of the initial estimate will be provided to you and your insurance company.
- A rental car pick-up will be arranged.
- Vehicle disassembled to assess any hidden damages.
- Pre-Scan completed to identify trouble codes or faults.
- Detailed estimate completed.
- All necessary parts needed to complete repairs are then ordered.
- Estimated date of completion provided after all parts received.
- Vehicle moves into body repair process following proper and safe procedures.
- Quality inspection completed before placing into next phase.
- Vehicle is primed and prepped for paint.
- Painted and sealed using high quality paint materials.
- Quality inspection completed before final reassembly.
- Moldings and final details are reassembled to the vehicle.
- Final scans and calibrations to ensure all systems are properly functioning.
- Thorough detail inside and out.
- Contacted by our teams to let you know your vehicle is ready for pick up.
- Final quality inspection completed.
- Your vehicle is delivered back to you in pre-accident condition.
- Pick up your vehicle and review any feedback or questions with our team.

I know a huge number of techs and shops, but always go here and always refer my friends and family here. No personal ties to this business, just had a lot of experiences bringing in many different cars over many years. The work has been perfect- oil changes, mechanical repairs, mass body work after hitting a deer. I ask for advice and 100% trust their input, can’t put a price on that.
My wife’s 2017 Envision had a dinged rear bumper and scratches on the lift gate. They repaired and painted both and it looks amazing. They also buffed out some scratches and touched up several issues on the front bumper and didn’t charge for those items. It now looks like a new car.
Classic Collision did an outstanding job on the repair. I actually think the vehicle works better than it did before the accident. The repairs look great and the car was extremely clean when I picked it up. Good place to get a car fixed!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.Was greeted immediately upon entering with a kind smile. They wasted no time to take care of the issues I had with my car. A very friendly and helpful tech person came out and answered all of my concerns and also had great advice with issues I didn’t think about. This place is a class act! When my car is finished I’ll post again.
I ended up being being happy I chose this location and their reputation certainly held up. Luke’s communication and expertise was excellent, and my vehicle ended up coming out just as good as it did as before my goof up. Can’t thank the team enough for their great work, and although I hope I don’t have to need body work anytime soon, if I do, I’ll certainly be coming back here. They fixed the front bumper of my car, came back looking brand new, I can’t recommend them enough. They were great, from the front desk to the mechanics, aka car doctors. Really happy with there work. They did an amazing job. Jaeson is great at his job. He was thorough in explaining the process, estimates, and answered all my questions.
