Communication is important to us, so we will keep you alerted and kept informed throughout the process about the status of your vehicle’s repairs. At delivery of your repair vehicle you will also be given a chance to let us know how your whole experience went so that we know you are fully satisfied with our service. Your vehicle will also get a thorough detail before we return your vehicle to you, and we watch you drive away happy.

Yes. Even in a minor accident, it’s always a good idea to obtain a police report of the incident. This provides a record of the accident for insurance purposes and is also indispensable if there are injuries as a result.

We recommend that you avoid driving your car after a significant accident, until the full extent of the damage is known.

No, Classic Collision is here to make this stress free for you and your family, so we work closely with major insurance companies in all states we do business. We can work with them directly to get them any information needed for your repairs.

When arriving for your scheduled appointment you will be greeted by our team who will partner you with one of our Estimators who will walk you through your repair process and what to expect next. If you need to schedule an appointment please do so here.

Each repair has their own repair plan written to the needs of your vehicle and the level of damages. We will keep you informed about the status of your personalized repair timeline throughout the process on a schedule that meets your needs.

Our teams will assist in making sure you have arrangements to get back on the road after you drop off your vehicle at one of our trusted and certified locations by contacting a national rental car provider to assist in coordinating your drop-off appointment with your rental car reservation.

Here at Classic we are confident that we will provide you with a repair you will be completely satisfied with, but in the event you have a concern, please contact the location directly that completed your repairs or 833.425.2771. Here at Classic we offer a limited lifetime warranty that is valid for the present ownership of the vehicle. This Warranty includes all parts, labor and refinishing included in the actual repair estimate.

Classic Collision will accept payment as follows: Insurance Checks (best method), Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX) and money order. You are responsible for payment in full for the repairs except to the extent an insurance payment has been made. Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been made.
