Atlanta, GA – Classic Collision, a leading national multi-site collision repair operator, announced today the appointment of Brad Anderson as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 2, 2026. Brad succeeds Toan Nguyen, who has decided to step down from his role and transition to the company’s Board of Directors following a successful seven-year tenure as Chief Executive Officer.

“Fundamental to any company’s success today is a foundational focus on excellent customer service,” said Brad. “Through its unwavering commitment to quality, Classic has meaningfully grown its business and earned its reputation as a leading and trusted partner in comprehensive collision repair. I’m excited to be joining this talented team and look forward to supporting Classic through its important next stage of growth.”

Brad brings to Classic Collision more than two decades of experience leading, growing, and transforming companies across the transportation services, roadside retail, and recreational manufacturing industries. He most recently served as President and Executive Vice President of Retail for Pilot Company, where he oversaw a network of more than 900 travel centers, quick-service restaurants, and the company’s marketing and sales strategies and functions. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer. Before Pilot Company, Brad was President and General Manager for Sea Ray Boats at Brunswick Corporation, and held leadership roles across the company’s general management, finance, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and business development divisions.

“Brad’s extensive experience leading and operating nationwide organizations focused on safe travel, strong customer experiences, and high-performing teams makes him an excellent fit to lead Classic Collision,” said Mark Fields, Chairman of Classic’s Board of Directors. “On behalf of the Board, I want to thank Toan for his considerable efforts in building our company into the leader it is today.”

“I want to thank my colleagues for their tremendous work and dedication over the past seven years,” said Toan Nguyen. “As I reflect on my time at Classic, I am proud of the business we have built and the way we have delivered for customers, and believe that now is the right time for this transition and for our business to enter its next chapter. Brad is the right leader to carry our mission and culture forward, and as I look forward to continuing to support Classic as a member of the Board, I want our partners, employees, and stakeholders to know that Classic’s future is incredibly bright.”
