Tow Authorization

Tow Terms

1. I authorize Classic Collision to tow, or arrange towing through a third-party provider, of the vehicle to a repair facility or any necessary sublet vendors for services related to the vehicle’s claim or repair as long as the cost does not exceed $1000.
2. I understand and agree that if Classic Collision provides or arranges towing services through a third-party provider, all towing-related charges will be disclosed to me in writing on a separate document. Authorization for these towing fees varies on time, distance, location, and availability of the towing service and is separate from any repair authorization or repair estimate.
3. I agree to pay all towing-related fees as disclosed prior to service, and I understand that these charges must be paid regardless of whether I authorize repairs at Classic Collision or elsewhere.
4. I understand that the vehicle may not be released until all towing fees are paid in full, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Classic Collision.
5. I authorize Classic Collision and third-party provider employees to drive the vehicle if needed to expedite the tow process.
